• Price Policy
For individual journeys: All prices are quoted in US Dollars and valid for the time of quoting. We will try to keep the quoted prices but we may be required to impose some surcharges due to currency fluctuations, changes in government legislation, changes in air ticket rates, fuel surcharges or other variables beyond our control.
For annual tariffs: Annual tariffs of rates and information are always ready 6 months prior to the start of the following year. The products of tariffs are divided normally based on peak season, high season and low season with the time stated as follows:
Peak season: 17th Dec to 6th Jan
High season: 1st Nov to 30th Mar
Low season: 1st Apr to 30th Oct
And supplement for the period of Tet holiday (normally around January and February)

A comprehensive competitive rate analysis is conducted at least twice a year to ensure the competitive nature of the rates, quality and value of services supplied.
• Children Policy
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is parent or legal guardian. In the absence of such persons, written permission from them is required.

- Child from 1 – 2 yrs: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents
- Child from 3 – 4 yrs: Charged 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
- Child from 5 – 6 yrs: Charged 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
- Child from 7 – 11 yrs: Charged 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
- Child from 12 yrs up: Fully-charged as adults.
• Indemnity Policy
We commit to live up to all that we offer you. But if, due to our own negligence; omission or willful misconduct, that lead to spoil your journeys, we shall be fully responsible for the return to your home destination or the next itinerary location identified on the your trip itinerary, or whichever is designated by you. The arrangement of the same or better alternate transportation and services will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
|We are one of the professional Inbound and Outbound tour operators under the International Tour Operation License issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. Our International Tour Operator License number is 0664.|
To get the License we have to deposit to the bank account of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism an amount. Thank to this, you will reserve 100% refund in case the trips does not reach the confirmed service quality regardless to our financial status.

To help us make your trips not spoiled any more and to minimize the losses possibly arisen, you are strongly suggested to call us at emergency number (mentioned in the Welcome-pack) or emailing right after things have happened. We commit each issue will be handled and resolved as soon as possible.
The negative comments / complaints that relate to the cost and come to us after the trips will be studied and replied / solved within 24 hours.
