Day 1: Hanoi Arrival  (D)

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel for check in. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains a unique old world charm and some Asia’s most striking colonial architecture. The many lakes and parks make for relaxing atmosphere.
Late afternoon, enjoy one hour Cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter and its antique shop. Stop to visit the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with Ngoc Son Temple. Welcome dinner at a specially selected restaurant with traditional music.

Day 2: Hanoi – Full Day City Tour   (B/L)

Morning, we enjoy a full day city tour starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow this with a trip to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam. Lunch at Press Club included (Western set menu)

Afternoon, enjoy seeing the unique and a thousand year old antiques from local private antique collectors in this very special trip in Hanoi by stopping over at the Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts and next the National Museum of Vietnamese History, the two places will provide us some overview of Vietnam Antique collection over the century. Our next stop will be at some local private antique collectors such as Duong Phu Hien, Nguyen Van Truong, Tran Lam, and Mai Hien. They are all the member of Hanoi association of antique collection. This is a great opportunity to exchange talks and share your experiences with local antique collectors, also enjoy some very unique and a thousand year old antiques from the Ly-Tran dynasty of ancient Vietnam.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong bay (B/L/D)

Our guide and driver pick you up from hotel, transfer to Halong via vehicle  (160km driving one way - 3.5hrs drive). This will be your first opportunity to see some of the rural areas of Vietnam. The drive goes through the Red River delta, so we'll have plenty of chance for taking photo of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy field. At half way, we will have a visit to a handicraft workshop with fine clothes and embroidered paintings.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hue   (B/L)

Early risers can enjoy a morning view of the Bay's landscapes. Sitting on the upper desk we can enjoy the breath - taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the Bay. We can hear the birds singing, cicadas’ monotonous drone and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and gentle breeze.

7:30    A morning cruise to visit Man's head island. Tortoise island. Visit to Bai Tu Long bay.
10:00    Arrange luggage and check out then have lunch on boat while cruising through the bay to the pier. Transfer to airport for flight to Hue, visit But Thap Pagoda on the way and free at leisure or go shopping in Hanoi Old Quarter before transfering to rain station for evening Livitrans Express to Hue …

Day 5: Hue – City Tour   (B/L)

Early morning arrive at Hue Railway station, you are met by our tour guide and transferred to the hotel for check-in (The check-in time is 13:00, so room is due to availability)
After breakfast at hotel, visit the Hue Citadel which is Vietnam’s former imperial capital and a recognized UNESCO World Heritage site. With an area of 500ha and a system of three circles of ramparts, this citadel is far more elaborate than those constructed by previous empires. Stop at Khai Dinh's tomb, Tu Duc's Tomb and Dong Ba market for shopping souvenirs.You have lunch at a local restaurant.

Day 6: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An  (B/L)

Morning, take a boat cruise along the Perfume River. Enjoy this romantic river cruise and visit Minh Mang 's Tomb. Finish cruising at Thien Mu Pagoda which is one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. Then, depart Hue for Hoi An via Hai Van Pass for whole view of East Sea and famous Lang Co fishing village, on the way to Da Nang city, you will visit Museum of Cham Sculpture in Da Nang and continue to Hoi An. Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, take a walking tour around Hoi An town, discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoi An's colorful local market, Tan Ky old house, Fujian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Travelers can also see local residents rearing silkworms and produce silk for Hoi An's burgeoning textile industry.

Day 7: Hoi An – My Son  (B/L)

Morning, transfer to visit My Son Sanctuary which is Vietnam's most important Cham’s site. In 1999 it was named a UNESCO World Heritage site. My Son becomesa religious center in the late 4th century and lasted until the 14th century – this was a long period of development compared with any monument in Southeast Asia. My Son is considered to be Champa’s counterpart to the grand cities of Southeast Asia’s other Indian – influenced civilizations: Angkor (Cambodia), Ayuthaya (Thailand) or Borobudur (Java). After that, You enjoy lunch.
Afternoon, you have free time at Cua Dai Beach.

Day 8:  Hoi An – Da Nang – Nha Trang   (B/-/D)

Morning, we drive to Da Nang city to visit Museum of Cham Sculpture which was built in 1915 with the financial support of the French Far-East Research Institute in Vietnam. This museum houses the most extensive collection of Cham art worldwide, then transfer to airport for flights to Nha Trang, a coastal city and capital of Khanh Hoa Province, South Central Coast of Vietnam.
Arrival in Nha Trang . Meet our tour guide and transfer to hotel for check in. Lunch at leisure (not included in the tour price). Afternoon, take a short city tour to visit Cham tower and around area then continues to visit Cham Po Nagar Tower, Institute of Oceanography, Hon Chong Promontory. The tour ends after visiting local Dam market. Dinner at seafood local restaurant.

Day 9:  Nha Trang   (B/L)

Morning, meet and transfer to Cau Da Jetty for a full day boat cruise to Tam islet and Mun Islet. The water is clear and the marine life is diverse for snorkeling and sunbathing.
Optional activities include scuba diving, jet skiing, wind surfing & parasailing on Tam Islet.  You will see the richest coral biodiversity of corals identified in Vietnam with over 350 species and many kinds of big, colourful fishes. Lunch at local restaurant on the island. 
Afternoon, free at leisure for relaxing at Nha Trang Beach.

Day 10: Nha Trang – Da Lat    (B/L)

Morning, transfer to Da Lat - a city of cool climate and romantic landscapes with mountain, pine hills, waterfalls, flower gardens and ethnic minority villages, an ideal place for golfing. On the way, the group will stop to take a photograph the Vietnam's countryside, local flower garden. Lunch at local restaurant en route.
Arrival Da Lat, transfer to hotel for check in and free at leisure.

Day 11:  Da Lat     (B/L)

Full day Da Lat city tour to visit Truc Lam Temple, Paradise Lake, Chicken village (minority), Flower garden, Bao Dai’s summer palace, Crazy house and Valley of Love. Lunch at local restaurant. Late afternoon, free at leisure for sightseeing and shopping at Da Lat Market.

Day 12:  Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon)   (B/L) (Drive)

Morning, free at leisure until drive to Ho Chi Minh (formerly named Saigon) in the South Vietnam. Lunch at local restaurant en route.
Arrival Ho Chi Minh, check in hotel.
Afternoon, take a half day city tour to visit some beautiful French colonial structures including the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica and the Saigon Central Post Office, the Jade Emperor Pagoda, War Remnants Museum, the former Presidential Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975.

Day  13: Ho Chi Minh city – Cu Chi Tunnels   (B/L)   

Morning, we transfer to Cu Chi tunnels (70 km Northwest of Ho Chi  Minh city ), visit the amazing complex of underground tunnels at Cu Chi. There are more than 200 km of underground tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. The tunnels are only between 0.5 to 1 meter wide, just enough space for a person to walk along by bending or dragging. However, parts of the tunnels have been modified to accommodate visitors recently. The upper soil layer is between 3 to 4m thick and can support the weight of a 50-ton tank and the damage of light cannons and bombs. The underground network provided sleeping quarters, meeting rooms, hospitals, and other social function rooms. Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels provides a better understanding of the prolonged resistance war of the Vietnamese people and also of the persistent and clever character of the Vietnamese nation.
Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch at local restaurant

Day 14:  Ho Chi Minh – Vinh Long – Can Tho   (B/L)

Morning, pick up at your hotel and transfer about 136km to Vinh Long, a riverside town located in the Mekong Delta. Enjoy a boat cruise to the Cai Be floating market with sellers and buyers bargaining and exchanging goods from their boats, and then to Hoa Binh Phuoc islet where the maze of shady creeks will surely fascinate you. You will have a chance to mingle with local peasants; learn the secrets of their bonsai gardening. Visit local homes where people produce tiles and ceramics; drop into rice-paper kiln and coconut-candy kiln; and observe daily country life. Enjoy a typical Vietnamese lunch at a local.
Afternoon, drive to Can Tho & check in and free at leisure.

Day 15:  Can Tho – Chau Doc    (B/L)

Morning, depart Ninh Kieu wharf by shuttle-boat, you can see bustling activities along Can Tho river banks. Particularly, you may know how local people go fishing with plenty of fish traps and how they transport passengers as well as products by the waterway. Approaching Cai Rang floating market, you can recall the selling activities in the past using a traditional “offering pole” to exchange goods (which are hung on the pole) for Mekong fruit and vegetables with local sellers. To understand more about local lifestyle over here, keep on going into the small creeks called Rach Nho in which the Southern countryside can be seen clearly before cruising back to Ninh Kieu Wharf.  Lunch at local restaurant with traditional local food.
Afternoon, transfer by car from Can Tho to Chau Doc. On the way, we will stop to visit by boat to the Bang Lang stork sanctuary in Thot Not, which also offers the view of the local vivid life on the water.

Day 16: Chau Doc – Ho Chi Minh   (B)

Morning, transfer to visit Sam Mountain, Lady Xu Temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau Temple, floating fish farm and boat trip to Cham Pa Village.
Afternoon, free at leisure until drive back Ho Chi Minh OR take morning speed boat to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
